SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy (Poland)
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 3 days maximum (not including week-ends). In case that we are facing a large number of orders, this period can be longer, and the client will be notified by e-mail right after the order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method : DPD
Estimated delivery time : 2-3 working days
Shipment cost : 15 PLN standard, free when notified

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When placing an order, the customer will receive a tracking number, to track the shipping of its product.

Damages
Zerobox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally yet, but in a few weeks!

Returns Policy
If the product is not corresponding to its description, or you are not satisfied with it, get in touch with us. We will help you arrange the return of the box and we will refund it to you, considering the fact that all the elements are still here and not used.
